Are you passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) thrive? We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join a primary SEND school in Waterloo. This is your chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while working in a positive and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing tailored support to students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence. Collaborating with teachers to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adjust teaching strategies to suit individual needs. Encouraging a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that fosters emotional and social growth. Assisting with classroom tasks and activities to ensure all students are engaged and feel included. Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about progress and key achievements.

What We're Looking For: Experience working with SEN students is a bonus, but a positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm are essential. Adaptability and creativity in supporting children with diverse learning styles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff and families. While not required, a driver's license and access to a car may be helpful for this Waterloo-based role.
