KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a solid relationship with the Management Team working together on development and growth in the assigned area.
Working in people's own homes to allow them to live the life they would like to – personal care, mental health support, shopping, laundry, medication, pet care.
Ensuring regular communication on a team and individual basis.
To provide emergency care assistant cover as required.
Efficiently and effectively report safeguarding/client issues to direct Line Manager when required.
To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
No care experience is needed as full training and support is provided. Pay will be dependable on experience please speak to the interviewer around this.
Experience with Autism, Mental Health, and knowledge of eating disorders is highly desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Full, valid UK driving licence and appropriate insurance for your vehicle for business purposes.
Applicants without a driving licence and or a car (walkers/cyclists) are considered for current roles.
