An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Twilight Registered Veterinary Nurse to join an award-winning practice in Dartford!
This role offers the chance to work on an incredibly varied and dynamic caseload, including Orthopaedics, TPLOs, Fracture Repairs, Complex Medical Cases, and Laparoscopic Spays, among many others. Whether you're an all-rounder or have a particular interest in surgery, wards, anaesthesia, or intensive care, this practice is committed to fostering your professional growth and helping you excel in the areas you're passionate about.
You'll be part of a supportive and talented team, working alongside certificate-holding Vets (specializing in Orthopaedics, ECC, Exotics, and Internal Medicine), a fantastic group of RVNs, highly trained VCAs, and a dedicated customer care team (so you can focus fully on nursing without any reception duties!). You'll also have the chance to take on clinical coaching responsibilities, supporting the development of your fellow nurses, with plenty of opportunities for CPD and potential certificate support to further your career.
The practice is equipped with cutting-edge facilities, including a soon-to-arrive CT scanner, Digital X-ray, Dental X-ray, Ultrasound, Laser, Endoscope, Laparoscopic equipment, in-house lab, and much more! With this diverse caseload and state-of-the-art equipment, you'll be able to make the most of your skills and progress into roles such as Lead RVN, Senior RVN, or even management in the future.
We are seeking an experienced RVN (minimum one year in a referral or hospital setting), who has strong clinical skills, excels in emergency situations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Compassion, empathy, and excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role. The Rota
• Night role • 3 or 4 day week • 1:5 weekends with toil for weekends worked • 1:10 on call rota • 2 bank holidays worked per year
