Our Moray relief pool is growing, so we've now got relief job opportunities in

Buckie . The great thing about our relief contracts is they give you flexibility. You tell us when you're available and we will then try to give you shifts to fit.

Shift Patterns We provide dedicated around-the-clock support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so our shift patterns do involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepovers, and/or waking nights.

The Role As a relief colleague, you will play an important part in our team, ensuring that we still provide the best care and support possible during times of staff training, holidays, and absence. The main purpose of your role will be to support individuals who have a disability and/or additional support needs with all aspects of their daily living, e.g., shopping, finances, cooking, housework, and personal care. With the individuals we support also enjoying various hobbies and interests, you may also find yourself getting involved in arts & crafts, gardening, going to the cinema, meals out, swimming, discos, and going for walks to name a few.

About You You don't need experience to join our team; we recruit on values and transferable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need.

We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees! All we need you to bring is: A caring and compassionate attitude Active listening skills Great communication skills A positive approach to learning Confidence in the use of computers Sound interesting?
