We have an exciting opportunity within our Older Persons Mental Health Services for an Allied Health Professional Clinical Team Lead role. We are seeking an innovative, flexible, experienced and dynamic clinician to provide both clinical and managerial leadership to our AHP's across the Julian Hospital older persons inpatient wards.
We are looking for a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
with specialist clinical skills and senior decision-making skills with a passion for quality improvement and using national best-practice guidelines to influence clinical practice.
You will be required to use your specialist clinical skills to support service users across a range of wards as well as your strategic skills to support with the development of the service. You will be supported to develop both your clinical and strategic leadership skills.

Review audits with the wider team to support the development of clinical practice. Liaise with the Clinical Team Leaders to share this information to support line management supervision. Role model and foster strong working relationships between the AHP groups, to ensure that care is integrated and results in the best possible outcomes for service users. Oversee the roster for AHPs to ensure that the clinical needs of the service are met. Support and manage the attendance and management responsibilities for the team.
