About the Role A Behaviour Teaching Assistant is needed for a secondary school in the London Borough of Lambeth. In this role, you will support young people with their academic studies, assisting them with core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science. You will also have opportunities to work outside the classroom on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, running intervention groups to help improve social and emotional needs. Your focus will be on helping young people develop problem-solving skills and gain insight into their own behaviour, while providing guidance and support to build their confidence and self-esteem.
