We are looking for motivated and dynamic Occupational Therapists to support our adult stroke rehab services and children's SEND services. About us
Provide have developed a Workforce Solutions team that aims to support the whole organisation in relation to staffing. Some of you will be familiar with the term 'bank'; Workforce Solutions works on the same basis but offers greater flexibility. We are looking to recruit staff into a number of positions to work on an as and when required basis. To manage a caseload of patients. To set and maintain a high standard of clinical practice, which is evidence-based where possible, using standardised assessment and outcome measures, where appropriate. To set person-centred goals with patients and/or their carers and a treatment plan that supports this. To monitor, evaluate and review occupational therapy interventions within a multidisciplinary framework and to modify as necessary. Person Specification

3 years post-qualification experience Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
