The post holder will be expected to work independently, offering one-to-one dietetic care, group sessions and provide expert support as part of a wide multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will work towards leading in the enhancement of dietetic services aimed at older adults with co-production with a wide variety of stake holders. The successful individual will incorporate an in-depth knowledge of the management of patients in this specialist area and will be instrumental in leading on the development & use of evidence-based principles in future older adult care pathways. The post holder will promote & co-ordinate a specialist & versatile service that can be delivered via both face-to-face support & virtually. A special consideration to Dementia support will play a key part within various aspects of this role. The post holder will have a keen interest in leadership skills, enhanced communication skills & remarkable organisational & data analysis skills. The post holders base is Ty Gwent in Cwmbran & travel to different sites to deliver interventions is an essential part of this role.
