The Vacancy
Sulis Hospital Bath is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Bank register who can support the Endoscopy Team in the day-to-day running of their Administration.
This position works closely with the team to support the smooth running of clinical patient administrative processes throughout the patient journey. You will ensure Sulis processes are followed to a high standard to provide an efficient and professional service to all patients, consultants, and staff. All patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone enquiries
Managing patient appointments
Preparing admission packs for the following day
Tracking notes
Capturing booking emails
Preparing paperwork
Other administrative duties
The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data input. The skills we would expect you to demonstrate are excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to self-manage and prioritize a varied and high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy. IT skills with a good knowledge of MS Office and Excel are essential.
