Facilitated via Umbrella Job Overview: Hunter AHP are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join a dynamic and supportive hospital team in Surrey for a locum role. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with or without hospital experience, as hospital training will be provided. Ideal for those wanting to broaden their skillset in an inpatient dispensary environment. The role will run for 3-6 months, starting ASAP in December 2024. Key Responsibilities: Provide inpatient dispensary support within the hospital setting. Dispense medication accurately and efficiently for patients. Assist in managing the storage, stock, and distribution of pharmaceuticals. Ensure compliance with medication safety protocols. Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare teams to enhance patient care. Requirements: GPHC registration (essential). No prior hospital experience required; however, this would be ideal. ACT qualification is desirable, but not essential. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Available for an ASAP start and committed for 3-6 months.
