Our Client is seeking an experienced RGN/RMN to join their expanding teams in various locations around the UK, including Bournemouth, Weymouth, Woodbridge, Lowestoft, and Hadleigh. Our client is one of the largest group home owners in the UK.
You will be reporting directly to the Care Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead.
The client is seeking:
An experienced RGN/RMN to join their expanding care team.
Prior experience as an RGN/RMN and hold a valid NMC Pin.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passionate RGN/RMN who wants to make a difference to those you are caring for and your team, and who aims to upskill your team at every opportunity.
Empathy and a caring nature.
A driver for some locations, but not needed for all.
An RGN/RMN who is happy to deliver personal care when required.
A team member who leads by example.
Competence in written and spoken English.
Confidence in completing all forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners.
You Must:
Be an RGN/RMN with current NMC registration and relevant post-registration experience within the UK.
Have excellent communication skills.
Understand the responsibilities of an RGN/RMN within a care home setting.
