My client requires two female support workers to assist her on a daily basis for a period of 4 hours during the day over 6 days and 5 waking nights per week.
She has a diagnosis of dementia and is physically frail due to her age. She requires support to use the toilet during the night and has a tendency to wander.
Her mobility varies day to day; some days she will be able to walk unaided, while other days she will need additional support to link her arm while she walks with her stick.
Successful candidates would be subject to an enhanced DBS check, with the cost to be met by the employer.
