The successful candidate will need to provide a first-class level of Reception/Customer Service to our patients. We expect them to enjoy working in a busy reception environment and be prepared to go the extra mile.
The role of medical receptionist is rewarding but can be demanding, so we are looking for someone who is confident, has excellent communication skills, is highly organised, and is good at multi-tasking.
The successful candidate must be computer literate and have a flexible approach to working.
Experience of working in a busy office environment would be an advantage.
The job will be 30 hours per week Monday to Friday with shifts to be agreed between 7:45am - 6:30pm, with flexibility to work until 8pm on a Wednesday when required and to cover for leave within the team. The shifts will primarily be based at our New Mills site but may include some shifts at our Hayfield branch.
