Key Responsibilities
Screen chemotherapy prescriptions and check chemotherapy, oncology ward cover. Conduct medication reviews and ensure the safe prescribing and administration of medicines. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in pharmaceutical care.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Pharmacy and full registration with GPC. Significant experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, ideally at a senior level. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
