You will be working with young people with additional behaviours, previous experience of trauma and/or abuse as well as additional emotional needs - within a residential setting.

37.5 per week plus 1- 2 sleep ins per week. Weekend working: Rolling Rota Experience:
Experience supporting young people is required. Your job role will be: To contribute and participate in providing quality care and life experiences to vulnerable people. To help provide a therapeutic, structured and relaxed environment in which service users can develop and enjoy their lives. Identifying the young person's emotional, physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs and make appropriate decisions for action in consultation with the Management Team. To supervise and share meal times with the YP, to encourage a positive attitude towards food and appropriate behaviour at mealtimes. To assist in the delivery of day care and leisure opportunities following individual activity programmes in conjunction with, and following guidance from day service staff. You will be offered: Thorough onboarding, induction, and training programme. 30 days holiday per year.
