Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) Location: Bingley Nursery Position: Full-Time, Flexible Hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Are you a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Bingley Nursery. If you have a genuine love for working with young children, a relevant childcare qualification, and at least two years of experience in a childcare setting, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children in our nursery, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's development. Work closely with other staff members to create a positive and nurturing environment for all children. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for every child. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children at all times.

Essential Requirements: Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years' experience in a childcare setting, preferably within a nursery or early years environment. Ability to work flexibly between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, as per nursery needs. A passionate, patient, and caring approach to working with young children. Strong communication skills, both with children and adults. A commitment to providing excellent childcare and supporting children's learning and development.
