We are looking for friendly, reliable, and ambitious Care Assistants to join our team. This is a part-time position working either 7.15am to 3pm or 3pm to 10:30pm. Duties will include: Ensure the highest possible levels of care provision are maintained at all times. To undertake all duties in accordance with the policies and procedures of Right at Home. Aspects of personal care to allow Clients to maintain their hygiene, appearance, and physical comfort. Assisting in the preparation and making of meals, drinks, and snacks. To provide assistance with other tasks of daily living, which may include cleaning, shopping, laundry, and bill paying. To assist Clients in taking medication as identified in their care plan. To work as part of a team with colleagues. To provide social support, talking and listening to the Client, helping them maintain contact with friends and family. To contribute to the safe moving and handling of Clients to maximize their physical abilities and mobility. Act on own initiative and exercise good decision-making skills. Requirements of a Care Assistant: Be available for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends on a shift pattern. Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. Currently living in the UK
