Role Overview As an MRICS Valuation Surveyor, you'll bring your deep-rooted knowledge of general practice surveying to deliver exceptional service to clients while supporting the continued growth of the business. The role is ideal for someone who values integrity, professionalism, and the art of building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct valuations to Red Book standards across commercial properties, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and accuracy. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and provide them with informed, practical advice rooted in a traditional approach. Actively seek and convert business opportunities, enhancing both personal and company reputation. Provide clear, concise reports, relying on practical experience alongside modern reporting tools. Represent the consultancy at internal and external events, upholding the firm's distinguished reputation. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively manage your workload and deadlines.

Experience and Qualifications: MRICS qualified with 3-15 years of post-qualification experience. Proven expertise in commercial property valuations to Red Book standard. Experience in CPO and/or Business Rates would be advantageous. A passion for the property sector, with a focus on delivering client-centered solutions. Full UK driving license and preferably Registered Valuer status.
