£26,000 - £28,000 (depending on skills and experience). Type:
Full Time, Permanent. Essential Criteria:
Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or equivalent). Must have experience of delivering Vocational and/or Employability training. Hold own Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths or GCSE equivalents. Must be IT Literate. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Duties include:
Delivering a range of accredited AEB funded vocational qualifications (E1 to L2); Functional Skills; Employability and Essential Digital Skills to learners aged 19+. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. Train, assess, motivate and support learners to develop personal and social skills to better prepare them for the working world and develop life skills. Undertake initial assessments for each learner and devise individual action plans to include SMART targets. Monitor student progress and engagement through regular assessment and reviews. Ongoing development of schemes of work and lesson plans, implementing differentiation in teaching and learning. Personal Skills:
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
