We are looking for an experienced

Deputy Care Manager

to join our team and assist in managing our domiciliary care service. As the Deputy Care Manager, you will support the

Registered Manager

in delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing a team of care staff, and assisting in the operational management of the service. Key Responsibilities : Supervise care staff and ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Assist with the development and implementation of care plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and support the Registered Manager during inspections. Support recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff. Qualifications : Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in domiciliary care. Strong leadership and communication skills.
