Role Overview: As a Health Care Assistant in our care home, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents, helping them with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and supporting them with both their physical and emotional needs. This is a rewarding role that requires compassion, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming. Support residents with mobility, ensuring they are safe and comfortable at all times. Provide assistance with feeding, ensuring that residents' dietary needs are met. Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff. Assist in the administration of medication, as required (training provided). Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and their families. Participate in and assist with recreational activities to promote well-being. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents. Support in the preparation and upkeep of care plans and assist with the delivery of individualised care.
