The outpatient pharmacy plays a definitive role in supporting patients with their ongoing treatment and in helping to manage symptoms and complications.As an

Outpatient Pharmacist , you’ll work closely with pharmacy colleagues, clinicians, and other partners in this capacity. You’ll be involved in duties such as screening and dispensing prescriptions, providing medications counselling and advice, and supporting the development of both the team and scope of services to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care throughout their period of treatment. Outpatient Pharmacist . Monday – Friday only (no weekend work).
