As part of our childcare team, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the room, plan activities for a group of key children, and provide enriching learning experiences that foster growth and development. The successful candidate will be skilled, creative, and able to both take initiative and follow guidance as needed. A solid understanding of the EYFS is key to planning for the children's learning and progress. Do You Have What It Takes? We’re Looking For Someone Who: Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) Has at least two years of post-qualification experience Has extensive knowledge of the EYFS framework Possesses excellent IT skills Works well in a team-oriented environment Why Join Us? You will be contracted to work 27.25 hours per week, across 3 days. Salary and Benefits Current Salary
£16,423.03 - £16,635.58 per annum In addition, we offer the following: Reduced childcare costs for employee’s own children 5 weeks holiday & public holiday allowance (Pro rata) Paid day off allocated for your Birthday (dependant on staff rota) Development and Internal Progression opportunities Your DBS Check Facilitated / Cost Paid as part of your onboarding Induction programme and additional career development opportunities Competitive rates of pay and company pension, plus access for YMCA Trinity staff and their immediate families to our Employee Assistance Programme Closing date
