They are looking for a proactive and experienced nurse who loves theatre and shares our passion for incredible standards of care with a gentle, kind, and empathetic nature. Duties: You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and other lead nurses to implement, and continually improve, a procedure plan that supports efficiency and an excellent patient journey. You'll support the team in undertaking tasks such as consistent ASA scoring, completion of a surgical safety checklist, and the introduction of lower flow anaesthesia as standard. As part of their aim to fully utilise their nurses and patient care assistants, you'll be developing team knowledge and roles within the theatre, including encouraging appropriate CPD completion. You will also be responsible for performing regular audits (including a review of Halo reporting where appropriate), sharing the results with the practice senior leadership team, and making changes where appropriate.
