Hours:

18 – 36 hours per week worked over two – four 9-hour shifts. Shifts worked across a 7 day / 3-shift roster. Monday to Sunday (early) 7.00am-4.00pm, (late) 4.00pm-1.00am and (Night) 10.00pm -7.00am. About Us:

Hospice in Your Home

Team provides planned 1:1 care and a roaming service to people in their own homes. The successful postholder will work shifts across the week, including weekends and bank holidays, on a planned rota basis. What’s in it for you? Time to care for your patients. You must have Health Care Assistant experience and possess a minimum of a Care Certificate Qualification. Support will be given to the postholder to develop their career ambitions. You must possess a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle. Why You’ll Love Working Here
