As a Senior Support Worker, you will take a leadership role in delivering exceptional care and support services. You will mentor team members, oversee care plans, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery, promoting a culture of compassion and respect. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing guidance and mentoring. Develop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual client needs. Perform hands-on care duties, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support. Monitor client progress, identifying and responding to changing needs. Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Lead by example in adhering to company policies and fostering a positive work environment. What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record in a care role, preferably with leadership responsibilities. Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or working toward). Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attributes: Compassionate, reliable, and able to motivate and inspire a team. What We Offer:
