We have an exciting opportunity for an empathetic, experienced and compassionate leader. As a
Care Team Leader , you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, coaching and development to a team of dedicated support workers. You will manage the medication on the household, ensuring accurate records are kept and that customer plans are up to date. You will have awareness that sometimes you may face challenges and as a result you will be excellent at planning both your time and team whilst remaining supportive to people's individual needs. Qualifications
This is a fantastic role for someone who really cares about health and well-being in people’s later years. The right person will be an exceptional role model and will have an
NVQ level 3 in Care
(or be working toward it); experience in a dementia care setting is preferred. Benefits
