This state-of-the-art school opened in September 2019 and is designed to accommodate up to 100 students. It features: A sensory room, therapy spaces, and an immersive classroom. A soft playroom, recording studio, and photography suite. A café where students can showcase their creations and develop vocational skills. The Role

As a

Speech and Language Therapist , you will: Deliver specialized, child-centered speech and language therapy to students aged 7–19 with autism and complex communication needs. Assess, diagnose, and create personalized intervention plans. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. Contribute to the academy’s ethos of fostering lifelong learning and preparing students for adult life. About You

To succeed in this role, you will need: A recognized professional Speech and Language Therapy degree qualification. Registration with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proven experience supporting children with autism and severe speech, language, and communication needs. Knowledge of statutory legislation related to health, safety, and child protection.
