Behaviour Mentors will have the opportunity to work with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Severe Mental Health needs. This position requires enthusiasm, passion, and a desire to assist children with their specific needs to be successful. You will need to work at a rapid pace when dealing with challenging behavioural situations with children. The role will require you to work both inside and outside the classroom, providing assistance to students with their personal needs as well as their academic studies through interventions. This PRU specializes in fostering the development of young people with special needs including SEN, ASD, and SEMH. With an emphasis on teamwork, you will feel supported by staff around you.
