What You'll Be Doing:

Inspire and Engage:

Plan and lead activities that fuel children’s development—physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

Safety Champion:

Ensure every child feels secure and supported in a safe, loving, and stimulating environment.

Track & Celebrate Growth:

Observe and document each child’s development, celebrating milestones and supporting their individual growth paths.

Collaborate & Communicate:

Build strong, positive relationships with parents and your team, creating a nurturing community around every child.

Keep It Fun:

Organise a clean, resource-rich environment that inspires

joy, curiosity, and excitement

in every child.

What You Bring to the Role:

Qualifications:

A

Level 2 Early Years Qualification

(or equivalent) and a

DBS check

are essential.

Experience:

You’ve worked in a similar role before and have a strong understanding of the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) .

Skills:

You’re a master at understanding child development, communicating with both parents and colleagues, and working collaboratively.

Organisation is your superpower!

Bonus Skills:

First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates are a plus, demonstrating your commitment to children’s health and safety.
