Are you ready to take the lead in establishing "Adventures" as a frontrunner in the outdoor leisure sector? We are looking for a trailblazer to fill this exciting role managing the Adventure Park at Kingsmill Reservoir. The Adventure Park has high ropes trekking courses, nets course, the UK's first airbag landing for zipwires, drop bag, water activities and plans to grow further! Our team is vibrant, inclusive, and passionate about the outdoors.
Take the driving seat as Adventure Park Manager, focusing on rapid customer growth, strategic development of outdoor activities, and the day-to-day running of a dynamic provision, whilst striving for high-quality, fun, and memorable customer experiences.
The role includes:
Responsibility for driving booking growth, in line with commercial ambitions and market positioning strategy
Seeking new business opportunities
Deployment, leadership, and development of staff (both permanent and casual)
Management of Health and Safety

Requirements:
Previous management experience, with evidence of the ability to lead, manage, and motivate your team to deliver your plan
Business acumen, attention to commercial detail, and statistically numerate
Understanding of marketing and communications strategy and their impact on reaching targets
Customer service background with excellent communication and customer service skills
Must enjoy working outdoors and be confident working at height
Confidence to ask for assistance and support when required
