Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a highly respected firm, who are seeking a Solicitor to join their Healthcare team based in London.The team provides expert services in inquests, regulatory, disciplinary, criminal and advisory matters within the healthcare sector, representing practitioners, insured entities and NHS clients.
As a Healthcare Solicitor in a leading Healthcare team, you will:
Manage a varied caseload from inception to resolution, including inquests, regulatory and disciplinary matters.
Provide expert legal advice and representation in hearings and tribunals.
Draft and review legal documents, including submissions and representations.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Collaborate with medical professionals, experts and colleagues to gather evidence.
Maintain meticulous case files and documentation.
What they are looking for:
A qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE.
Proven experience in healthcare-related inquests, regulatory, disciplinary and criminal matters.
Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with legal research tools and technology.
A professional and ethical approach to sensitive client matters.
