You'll be working with some fantastic clients of varying sizes, getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including; Manage a large portfolio of pension scheme clients, ensuring we deliver to deadlines Support a variety of Pension Trustees and Administrators, making sure to build strong lasting relationships Deliver high quality compliant pension scheme audits and accounts to clients Coach and train a team of appraisees Accurately review files Manage working capital on your client portfolio Manage and coordinate the completion of numerous jobs Support new business wins Support the development of other team members - lead, manage, coach and deliver feedback The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. You will need a keen eye for accuracy whilst ensuring high-level financial statements are produced to consistently support our top rate reputation in the field of Pensions Audit. You must be committed to providing exceptional customer service and building effective working relationships with clients. You will be/have... ACA/ACCA qualified with recent practice experience Experience working at a managerial level within an audit team Experience managing a portfolio of clients and audit assignments Proactive, taking accountability for results delivered Strong project management skills with a planned and organised approach Able to 'WOW' clients and build strong relationships About us...
