We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, friendly Attendance Officer/Admin Assistant/First Aider to join our busy School Federation Office. We are looking to appoint someone who will: Attendance Officer Role

Input daily attendance and absence marks into SIMS, for both First and Middle Schools Collect and analyse attendance data, reporting to both parents and senior leadership team Work closely with staff and parents to ensure good attendance and punctuality of all pupils Monitor and ensure correct attendance codes are entered into registers Arrange meetings with parents and headteacher, if necessary Produce termly reports for headteacher and Governing Body Produce termly pupil certificates and rewards for good attendance Ensure parents and carers understand attendance procedures In conjunction with Governors, annually review the attendance policy of the Federation Carry out general office administrative duties such as greeting visitors, answering telephone, photocopying, data entry, school shop, pupil queries, checking and responding to emails and production of some letters. Type/copy parental letters Deal with incoming telephone calls Offer First Aid Deal with general incoming queries Issue food bank vouchers Issue holiday vouchers Training will be provided but administration skills including knowledge of Excel and Word are essential.
