Sirona Medical is recruiting for an experienced social worker to join the multi-disciplinary team to support adults living in the community in a strength-based way. Experience in managing complex caseloads and proven experience in the completion of needs assessments, care and support planning, mental capacity assessments, and other associated assessments is key.
Successful Applicant will have: Fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent) Social Work England Registered Be a car driver and have access to own vehicle
