The Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource for over 35 years. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant/Receptionist. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, has great attention to detail, is organised, and able to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

Managing a high volume of work and a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively, providing a helpful service both internally and externally. Scheduling meetings and preparing the boardroom for meetings. Creating agendas and taking minutes. Updating organisation charts, phone lists, and project sites list. Arranging travel and accommodation. Meeting and greeting visitors. Typing reports and formatting training manuals. Keeping inventory of office supplies and placing orders for replenishment when needed. Covering reception on an ad hoc basis, including operating the switchboard, distributing and dating post, and monitoring all visitors and deliveries. Qualifications:

The ability to multitask to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail. Logical and methodical. Team player with the ability to work alone. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly skilled in Microsoft IT packages (Word, Excel, Email, etc.). Proven track record of good organisational skills, including managing workload effectively. Experience working in a similar role. Excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for event organising and administration. What’s on offer for successful candidates?
