We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker within a Referral and Assessment Team in the Social Care Industry. Our client has a well-structured and organized team that is looking to grow their staffing levels. The role offers good working hours, a low caseload, and has a supportive team culture with regular supervision on cases. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team within Achieving for Children.

Main duties include:

Initial Assessments and Core Assessments Section 47 Investigations Contributing to the duty rota Initiating care proceedings Working in a multi-agency capacity to support families and children Initial child protection reports and conference reports

To be successful: For this role, you will need to be a Qualified Social Worker with a Social Work England Registration and educated to Degree Level (e.g., BA SW, BSc SW, DIPSW). The client requests that the worker will have significant Court Experience and can work with a full caseload. You will also need to have the eligibility to work in the UK with previous experience within a Referral and Assessment or MASH Team.
