Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with a range of special educational needs (SEN). Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure pupils continue to develop. Ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages learning. Manage students' behaviours, ensuring to follow the school's policies.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working in a specialist or SEN school setting is highly desirable. A deep understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
