Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Family Paralegal to join their esteemed family law department in their Taunton office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about family law and eager to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist solicitors in handling a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.

Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and case files.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering queries with a high level of professionalism.

Support the team in preparing for hearings and meetings, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible.

Contribute to the development of client relationships and assist in business development initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A relevant law degree or equivalent qualification, with a strong interest in family law.

Previous experience in a legal environment, preferably within family law (though not essential).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
