We are looking to recruit an ICT Service Delivery Officer to join our Customer Contact service.

About the role Provide service delivery and technical coordination for the ICT service.

About the candidate Whilst previous experience is useful it is not essential. Applications from candidates with little or no experience are welcomed. We will ensure you have all the training and support you need to confidently undertake the role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic officer to join our busy ICT support team to support councillors, council staff, and schools across Ceredigion and Powys. Previous experience of ICT support and a good understanding of networks and IT systems would be desired; however, full training and support will be provided.

The successful applicant must be polite, approachable, and possess good logical and creative skills to support and develop processes. The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh and English is essential. Due to the requirements of the role, the successful candidate must have a level of Welsh fluency on appointment.
