We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent. Job Summary: As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, collaborating with senior management on hiring needs, conducting extensive job market research, creating compelling job postings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Flexibility and the ability to work effectively with senior management are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:

Conduct extensive job searches to identify qualified candidates using various platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment platforms). Research market trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.

Job Posting and Advertising:

Write and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and company platforms. Ensure job descriptions are compelling, accurate, and aligned with company branding.

Candidate Screening:

Review CVs, cover letters, and applications to shortlist candidates. Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Senior Management:

Work closely with senior management to understand current and future hiring needs. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and advise on hiring strategies.

Offer Management:

Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate employment terms and conditions in alignment with company policies.

Contract Management:

Draft and manage employment contracts in accordance with UK employment laws. Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and timely.

Onboarding:

Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including induction programs and paperwork. Act as a point of contact for new employees during their transition.

Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and best practices. Excellent research and networking skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and adapt to changing priorities. High level of organization and attention to detail.
