Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator with the skills to ensure accurate and seamless payroll services for a diverse workforce?

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for various franchises within your remit. The ideal candidate will have a key eye for detail and strong organisational skills, with a collaborative approach to working alongside the wider payroll team. If you enjoy working in a supportive team environment and are committed to ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do day to day

Processing holiday, sick, maternity and paternity leave payments

Preparation of the monthly payroll for approximately 3,600 employees

Recording payroll data accurately in the company’s software system

Assisting with issuing P45s and other necessary tax forms

Ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and relevant legislation and governing payroll

Handling payroll queries, including the calculation and processing of manual payments where required, and ensuring records are maintained

Helpful skills and qualifications

Previous experience with Payroll is essential

Proficient in manual payroll calculations

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Must have hands on, practical approach to tasks

CIPP Qualification is desirable but not essential
