23355 Description This Philanthropy Writing Coordinator role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to: Creating and proofreading important communications across both print and digital; Liaising with designers and suppliers in relation to the necessary materials and outputs required; Managing a schedule of activities for the team and coordinating the distribution of communications to the relevant audiences; Supporting with tools across multiple platforms; Ensuring all company guidelines are adhered to; Being the first point of contact for all queries via phone and email; In addition to a competitive salary, the Philanthropy Writing Coordinator will receive 38 days annual leave, sports centre discounts, access to local attractions, and an enhanced pension scheme. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have strong communications experience, both in print and digitally, as well as being competent using multiple online applications and having strong writing skills. You must have a proven track record of building strong working relationships, engaging with others for long-term collaboration, and you will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You will be self-motivated, organized, and good at time management and relationship building, and a good understanding of the educational sector is desirable. Location Our client is based in Central Oxford. This is a full-time, permanent position. The post holder will be based in central Oxford. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely. Whilst this is a full-time post, our clients will consider applications from candidates who wish to work 4 days per week. Please confirm this when applying for the role.
