Based at a highly rated Legal 500 firm, this opportunity will allow you to work on top quality work within the East Anglia region.
You may already be focused on property litigation or in a broad role looking to focus down on this key work type.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, addressing issues such as landlord-tenant disputes, boundary disputes, and more.
Offer expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their interests are safeguarded throughout the litigation process.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve favourable outcomes for clients, leveraging your expertise in property law to contribute to team success.
Stay informed about legal developments and industry trends, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding service to clients.
Qualifications:
Qualified solicitor with a focus on property litigation, a broad background with property litigation as part of mix would be great too.
Proven experience handling a variety of property litigation cases, with at least two to three years of relevant experience.
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
