We are currently recruiting a dedicated and passionate

HR Administrator

to join our team based in Swadlincote. Supporting with processing of weekly payroll and management of the time and attendance system, you will provide an effective, efficient HR service, encompassing the complete employee lifecycle. Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 Key Duties of an HR Administrator: Provide administrative assistance in the recruitment process, taking ownership of recruitment campaigns. Issue employee paperwork such as offer letters, principal statements, and leaver letters. Conduct employee HR induction workshops. Ownership of administrative duties such as annual leave bookings, ordering consumables such as D+A tests, eyecare vouchers. Administer the pension payments submissions, starters and leavers, and auto-enrolment. Review, monitor and liaise with line managers regarding employee processes such as probationary reviews, return to work interviews, etc. Provide all first line advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee related issues where required and advise the HRBP of concerns or issues. Manage the maintenance of the T+A system and payroll, liaising with line managers to resolve any queries. Produce and monitor KPIs. Monitor employee absence levels and escalate cases to HRBP.
