Senior Paralegal – Corporate

Corporate Paralegal: Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be supporting a Global legal team in the recruitment of a senior paralegal to their corporate/commercial team. Their team excels in the delivery of innovative solutions at the interesection of law, technology, data and operational management. This role will be specialising in diverse projects from managing complex contract remediation processes to providing legal support on commercial negotiations and facilitating efficient client outreach programs. About the Role: The responsibilities of each role will vary depending on client needs but may include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts Following a predefined approach to negotiations Managing escalations of complex cases, ensuring the right SME insight is obtained and cases are brought to a resolution Case and documentation review – analysing legal and other documents to identify key facts, anomalies.
