The Legal Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the Employment Commercial team. Key duties include:

Efficiently managing diaries and arranging meetings Coordinating team schedules and organising travel Opening and maintaining client files Ensuring timely and accurate billing, and monitoring retainer arrangements Handling copying, archiving, and electronic filing systems Managing telephone calls and arranging couriers/deliveries Processing invoices and preparing monthly client billing and expense claims Maintaining a database of client and contact details Organising meetings, travel, accommodation, and attendance at external events and conferences Drafting correspondence and preparing standard documentation Developing industry knowledge and attending necessary training sessions

Skills & Experience Required:

Essential: Previous experience in a legal environment Willingness to travel and support at external events Fast and accurate typing skills Experience with case management systems Proficiency in document formatting, version control, and creating tables of contents Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and digital dictation Strong diary management abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility High attention to detail and accuracy Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary
