United Offshore Support GmbH is one of the main Global Players in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry running a fleet of world-wide operating Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels.

We are currently looking for a

QHSE & Document Control Officer (f/m/d) to work in one of the following locations: Leer, Germany – Aberdeen, UK

Responsibilities:

Revise and update Marine & QHSE department management system documents.

Prepare, organize and maintain filing systems for legally required documents, ensuring legislative and guidance compliance.

Interface with relevant departmental personnel & 3rd parties on documentation requirements.

Support the compilation and analysis of QHSE performance data and KPI reporting.

Support Chartering with the review of tenders and provision of necessary data and documentation.

Provide progress updates on BMS projects, supporting the leadership team with specific focused tasks.

Assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the SMS, including the management of risk assessments and safety meetings.

Provide administration support for internal audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.

Carry out Incident Investigations as required.

Qualifications:

Relevant Health & Safety or Ship Management degree/diploma or equivalent.

Experience in Safety Management Systems

Experience of providing Marine and QHSE support and advice in a dynamic marine, engineering and offshore environment.

Working knowledge of maritime legislation, codes and standards.

Sound knowledge of and adherence to the Business Management System (BMS) framework and governance.

Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and document control.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to effectively manage own workload and prioritize.

Adaptability and problem-solving capability.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.

Fluency in English, German is a plus.
