Our Dispute Resolution team act on behalf of private clients, private sector businesses, and public sector organisations across a wide range of litigation matters including Commercial, Property, Probate, Family and Employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the qualified Lawyers in the team, assisting primarily with Housing Disrepair work. This is an exciting opportunity allowing exposure to all stages of the litigation process, developing essential legal skills, whilst working with some of the firm’s largest clients. Examples of the responsibilities for the role include: management of own caseload, under supervision conducting necessary research for case work providing efficient and pro-active support to colleagues organising legal files and preparing legal documents attending client meetings and interviews and having regular communications with clients, providing excellent customer service Who we are looking for…
The successful candidate will already have a legal qualification (a Law degree as a minimum). The main attributes we look for are: exemplary communication skills, both written and spoken being pro-active in terms of managing your workload, prioritisation and continual development of your own skills showing exceptional attention to detail and having excellent organisation skills demonstrating experience of teamwork aptitude for working with computers Ready to make your move?
