JOB DESCRIPTION

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a 17 years old male living in the Aberdare area. My hobbies include playing with Lego and gaming; Zelda and the War of the World are my two favourite games. I like bowling and going to the cinema in Aberdare and Merthyr, and while I am in school, I enjoy gym lessons.

I have diagnoses of ASD, ADHD, Dyspraxia, OCD, Learning Disability, and pseudohypoaldosteronism type 1. I am asthmatic and have mobility issues for which I use a wheelchair.

I often get overwhelmed by sensory smells, so strong products and aftershave can be a trigger for me.

I am very quiet and introverted; I need someone who can assist me at all times as I don’t see any danger and also need help with reading, telling the time, and handling money.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

I am seeking a PA to assist me out in the community to help build my confidence.

The post is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS (Police) Check - which will need to be carried out before employment can commence. The cost of this will be met by the employer (Local Authority). The relevant checks will be carried out to ensure any applicant has the right to work in the UK.
